About Living Waters Christian Fellowship

In 1987, while living in Hawaii, Bob and Judy Templeton were saved receiving Jesus as their personal Savior. Then in 1999, they were ordained by Faith Christian Fellowship, and felt led to start a church in Cambria. God even gave Pastor Bob a vision of what the building would look like and Bob sketched what the Lord had shown him.

In the beginning, the small congregation met in a hotel conference room in San Simeon. But then in 2001, Living Waters Christian Fellowship moved to its current location—an historical church building—at 4314 Bridge Street in Cambria. Bob remembered the vision and found his sketch and the comparison between Bob’s vision, his sketch, and the real building where Living Waters now meets was uncanny. God is so amazing!

Living Waters Christian Fellowship grew to two services: one, a bi-lingual service on Saturday nights and the other in English, on Sunday mornings.

But then on June 16, 2013, Pastor Bob lost his battle with cancer and went to be with His Lord. Shortly thereafter, the services were combined under Judy’s pastorship. The fellowship has continued to grow and it’s ministries are thriving: a Women’s Ministry involved in outreaches to the community, an active Prayer Ministry, Hospital Ministry, Worship Ministry, and Bible Studies. And most recently, Living Waters has expanded it’s view to support FCF Missionaries in Kenya.

Services are Sunday mornings at 10:00 am, meeting at 4314 Bridge Street in Cambria, California. Please join us! Come as you are–dressed up or dressed down—everyone is welcome!

May God Bless you.
